You can delete your Anivya account from inside the app, or request deletion here if you no longer have access to the app.
If you can open Anivya, use Profile -> Privacy and data -> Delete account. The app asks for confirmation, deletes your server account data, clears local health data on the device, and signs you out.
If you no longer have the app installed, email privacy@anivya.health from the email address used for your Anivya account with the subject 'Delete my Anivya account'. We will verify the request and process account deletion.
You can permanently delete selected data categories or all health data while keeping your Anivya account and login active.
Account deletion removes or anonymizes your account and deletes associated health, activity, nutrition, workout, document, chat, and connected-provider data from Anivya systems. A partial deletion removes the categories you select; deleting all health data removes those health records but keeps your login active.
Health data selected for deletion is permanently erased. Limited deletion, security, fraud-prevention, billing, and audit records may be retained for up to seven years where needed for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or platform integrity. These restricted records are not used to restore deleted health data or account access.
Deleting your Anivya account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel active subscriptions in your Apple or Google account before deleting if you do not want renewal billing.
